Residential Networking

A home network can be very useful when there are multiple network devices in your home.  Depending on your requirements you should consider a "wireless" network router if you have a "WIFI" capable laptop or phone.  Upgrading to "broadband" Internet is a good opportunity to make your home network "wireless".

If you have not already made the transition to broadband from DSL or Dial-up, many areas have providers for this service.  Verizon FIOS, AT&T U-verse and Time-Warner Cable are a few vendors who provide bundled services such as Digital Television, High-Speed Internet and Telephone service.  You should check to see which vendor services your area.  With the exception of Time-Warner, when you get a bundled service plan the equipment you receive will include a "WIFI" router.  Customizing their equipment is almost always required to secure your home network and highly recommended.

We would be more than happy to install your home network and secure your wireless router from unauthorized users.
